The Tendulkar family was in the limelight as they arrived in stunning traditional attires for the occasion. Master Blaster himself picked out a bright green kurta-pajama set, teamed it with a printed jacket and looked at his less than gracious host. His wife Anjali Tendulkar dazzled in a gorgeous navy blue ensemble with exquisite jewellery, completing the royal family portrait.
Daughter Sara Tendulkar looked resplendent in a beautiful pink lehenga and added to the festive charm of the family.
Soon-to-be-groom Arjun Tendulkar opted for a sophisticated beige bandhgala ensemble for the joyous occasion, while bride-to-be Saaniya Chandhok went for a pastel gota-patti lehenga with soft pink accents, complete with heavy jewelery and traditional kalieras.

The couple, who got engaged in August 2025, have since been seen holding hands in videos circulating on social media, their chemistry evident as they mingled with guests.
It is the cricket that graces the relationship
The guest list read like a who’s who of Indian cricket, with former stars arriving with their families to bless the couple. Yuvraj Singh, the hero of India’s 2011 World Cup victory, added glamor to the proceedings by coming along with his wife, actress-model Hazel Keech.
Pathan brothers – Irfan and Yusif were also present along with their wives Safa Baig and accordingly Afreen bring their trademark warmth to the celebrations.
Harbhajan Singh, who is the life of any party, was spotted with his wife, former actress Geeta Basra, while Zaheer Khan, along with his wife, actress Sagarika Ghatge, were spotted as a happy couple posing for the cameras.
Former Indian coach and cricket commentator Ravi Shastri also made an appearance at the venue, adding to the gift of cricketers.
BCCI’s current chairman of selectors Ajit Agarkar took time out to join the celebrations despite his busy schedule with the ongoing T20 World Cup. The presence of these cricket badges highlighted the deep respect and love the cricket fraternity has for the Tendulkar family.

Wedding set for March 5
After the successful completion of the mehendi and sangeet ceremony, both the families are now gearing up for the main wedding ceremony on Thursday, March 5. The wedding is expected to be an intimate affair followed by dinner at a highly secured venue in South Mumbai.
Sachin Tendulkar personally extended invitations to dignitaries including President Draupadi Murmu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi.
