2026 Spring Middle Distance Training (800m-5000m), season finale, Saturday 13th June 2026, Day 6, Saturday is race day. – runblogrun


Practice Saturday June 13, 2026 (Saturday 13, Day 6, Spring 2026), End of Season Practice

This is it 2026 Spring Training. This will help athletes prepare for the end of the season, which runs from June 1st to June 21st.

(Upcoming meetings, Brooks PR invitation, June 7 adrian martinez classic, June 7 Nike Outdoor, June 18-20 c. NB outdoor, June 18-20).

On June 1st we will be starting the pre-season of the RBR Summer Running Program and are encouraging runners from 400 meters up to give it a try.

We will also continue training for track and field through NIKE Outdoor and New Balance Outdoors, which will be held June 18-21.

End of season practice Saturday, June 13, 2026.

Your Saturday workouts. warm up, 30 min easy jog, 3k/5k or 800 meter run, good cool down.

If not racing, try this.

a. Warm up, 12 laps on the track, sprint straight, turns, at current 5k race pace, good cool down.

b. Warm up, 1 x mile, current 3k pace, one mile run, 1 x 800 meters, current 3k pace, 800m run,

1 x 400m running mile at race pace, easy 20-30 minute run, cool down.
