Tottenham secured a crucial 1-0 win at Molineux Stadium, with an 82nd-minute goal from João Palhinha proving the difference in a hotly contested Premier League clash.
Wolves went into the match rooted to the bottom of the Premier League table with just 17 points from 33 games.
