The 2026 Travelers Championship begins this week at River Highlands TPC in Connecticut. How to watch the Travelers Championship
of the third men’s major of the year is now in the rear view, but we have another big event for this week at the Travelers Championship. This year, the increasingly popular Travelers are a PGA Tour Signature event. In fact, it is the last signature event of the season.
And the tournament has a star-studded field and a big purse to match that status.
Most of the PGA Tour’s best will battle for the winner’s prize of $3.6 million from a total purse of $20 million at TPC River Highlands.
Those stars include many of the top contenders from last week’s US Open, including the winner Wyndham Clarkerunner Sam BurnsWorld number 1 Scottie Scheffler, Tommy Fleetwood, Xander Schauffele, Matt Fitzpatrick and more.
Rory McIlroy is the only big name that has chosen to sit out this week.
NBC and Golf Channel will provide television coverage of the 2026 Travelers Championship, while PGA Tour live on ESPN+ will offer broadcast coverage and featured group coverage throughout the week. peacock will air simulcasts of NBC’s coverage.
