Heat sheets will be posted here and sent to all participants via athletic.net on Tuesday, June 16.
Spike Policy:
All athletes must use only spikes no longer than 1/4 inch (7 mm) in length, except in the high jump and javelin, where a 3/8 inch (9 mm) or smaller spike may be used.
Parking lot
- Street parking. available around Hayward Field.
Package collection information
Packet and backpack pickup will be located at Matthew Knight Arena.

Requirements:
- Photo ID is required to pick up the package.
- Teams will receive one free 4-day wristband for every 5 athletes. Additional rides can be purchased at package pickup.
- Coaches taking a package with an individual athlete must present current coaching ID or a letter from their high school confirming their coaching status to receive free admission.
- Parents accompanying the athlete must pay for admission.
Designated Pickup.
- The person picking up the package on behalf of the team must be the designated pickup person documented on the team’s registration page on Athletic.NET. They must show ID when picking up the package. If you need to change or add who the designated person(s) is, only the person who originally filled in the information athletic.net: will be able to do it.
Bib number.
- The athlete’s number serves as a match pass.
- A $20 replacement fee applies to lost bib numbers.
Retail
- Retail clothing will be sold during package pickup hours.
- All pre-orders will be available at retail.
- Please bring ID to collect all pre-purchased clothing orders.
Medical
- NSAF medical staff, including doctors and trainers, will be on site during the match.
- Medical services are located in field 2, point 7 of the facility map
Warm-Up & Spikes
- Athletes can warm up in special areas at Hayward Field on the warm-up track.
- Throwing practice times are subject to the discretion of the Chief Referee and athletes may be asked to leave the throwing areas if the Referee deems it not to be dangerous at any time.
- Athletes may warm up at any time in designated areas at Hayward Field.
- Blocks and spikes are allowed on the warm-up track.
- Only ¼-inch pyramid spikes are allowed on the route, and spikes will be checked at the gate entrance.
- Replacement stakes will be sold at retail.
