Not only was that good enough to lead the field of 27 riders, but it was also good enough to eclipse Barry Bates’ 2025 all-time lap record of 1:58.322.
Teammate Joe Roberts was the best remaining in 1:58.207.
Celestino VTT was third fastest with a 1:58.387 in his HDR SpeedRS Team Boscoscuro.
