Tony Arbolino was fastest in Moto2 World Championship Free Practice Two (FP2) on Saturday morning at the Cercio de Jerez – Angel Nieto, Spain. Riding a Pirelli-shod REDS Fantic Racing Kalex on the 2.75-mile (4.42 km) track, the Italian clocked 1:53.516 to lead the 28-rider field.
Mario Aji was the best left in the Idemitsu Honda Team Asia Kalex with a 1:54.090.
Arbolino team-mate Barry Battis was third fastest in 1:54.149.
American Joe Roberts finished 16th in Saturday morning’s practice with a best time of 1:56.701 for the sole supporter American Racing Team Calex.
