I wore a mouth guard on the soccer field growing up. Can some kind of benefit be offered on the golf course?
allegation

of AIRWAAV Performance Girls it is meant to be a tool to help all of them athletes in specific fields in their respective sport.
AIRWAAV boasts a reduced breathing rate of approximately 20 percent, less fatigue, better muscle endurance, and approximately a 50 percent reduction in cortisol levels to speed recovery after activity.
On the face of it, these are some pretty bold claims, especially from a company that makes what appears to be a simple mouthpiece that sits over the teeth and around the tongue.
It’s an interesting approach in an industry saturated with other forms of recovery.
Things I liked

First of all, the process from packing to viewing was smooth.
You can set the mouthpiece in minutes using boiling water or microwave and then wait approximately 24 hours until the mouthpiece is in the perfect shape for you. The whole microwave forming process took me about 10 minutes.
secondly, AIRWAAV Performance Girls it forced me to focus on something other than my anxiety, wandering thoughts, and the outside world.
You are instructed to gently bite the mouthpiece to get the full effect. Doing so creates a distraction from everything else. You constantly think about gently biting your voice instead of letting a wavering thought ruin your day.
As someone who deals with mental health issues along with the typical swing thoughts that can get in the way of the golf course, it was refreshing to try something that distracted me.
Things I didn’t like

Some things I didn’t like basically made me change the way I play golf.
First of all, eating and drinking is much more difficult (and somewhat gross) with AIRWAAV Performance Girls in your mouth.
If you’re a glutton on the golf course (of course I am), you’ll have to get used to (a) sticking your mouth out every time you want to eat something and (b) getting food scraps stuck in your throat.
If you drink on the course (something other than water), you can expect a similar situation. You won’t be able to swallow the liquid as well and you will definitely have drink residue in your mouth, causing an unpleasant taste.
It is not practical to have to remove the mouthpiece every time you want a bite of food or a sip of drink. Water is good, everything else is not. If you load your golf cart with food and drinks, it will be inconvenient to use AIRWAAV Performance Girls.
The second thing I didn’t like was the damage to the back of the mouth.
I had only tested it for nine holes and was preparing for my next round of nine holes when I noticed that the back of the mouthpiece was peeling. I tore off a few small pieces and couldn’t help but think that those pieces might end up in my stomach if I hadn’t noticed.
The placebo effect or the real deal?

If you are familiar with the term placebo effectyou know it basically means you believe something works psychologically. When you’re caught up in it, it doesn’t really matter if the science or data backs it up.
I haven’t been able to fully wrap my head around this. During the two rounds tested, I recorded almost equal score. I played 18 holes of golf with AIRWAAV Performance Girls and shot a combined 4-over-par. This is really good golf for me.
The tricky part is that I also shot a 2-over (38) without a speaker in the same time frame. When you combine three rounds with two times, it becomes harder to judge pitch and easier to attribute improvement to more practice on the course.
All things considered, I’m a placebo guy. I use essential oils regularly and I am convinced they help with anxiety.
But here’s the truth: placebo-influenced success is still success. A 2-over round is a 2-over round, regardless of why it happened. So in my honest opinion I would say to anyone why not try it?
At $49.99, you’re not paying an arm and a leg for something that can take a few strokes out of your game. If you are easily distracted or struggle with extraneous thoughts on the course, AIRWAAV Performance Girls it can help calm things down mentally while you play.
I’m not entirely convinced, but the placebo effect is enough to keep it going AIRWAAV Performance Girls in my purse for those days when I can’t get out of my head.
