The StoneX Stadium, home to Saracens and Shaftesbury Barnet Harriers, will host the fixture in September.
Created by Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian, women-only ATHLOS is coming to London.
Now in its third consecutive year, ATHLOS is expanding internationally for the first time, with the British capital and New York chosen as the two venues for this season.
London will host the world’s best female track and field athletes on September 18, before the finals in New York on October 2.
Organizers plan to expand next year’s ATLOS, which is wholly owned by Ohanian’s venture capital firm Seven Seven Six and has $900m (£670m) in assets, to bigger cities.

“I’ve been obsessed with this ‘F1 for athletics’ analogy for a long time. We expect the world’s fastest cars to drive through the world’s greatest cities and people to come out and watch and celebrate this excellence.” Ohanyan told BBC Sport.
“I envision ATHLOS to be a version of that, and as we grow this league, I’d like to add more cities and make ATLOS truly global.
“Whatever we do, we will do it with our athletes as partners, but our ambitions are high. I see no reason why ATHLOS can’t be a mainstay of the sporting calendar.”
London and New York will feature seven events – 100m hurdles, 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, mile and long jump – with six athletes competing in each.

Athletes can earn up to $65,000 (£48,500) per sport, with the person who finishes first over two matches receiving a $25,000 bonus + Tiffany and Co. the crown too. This year the total prize for the series is $2.1m (£1.5m). Winners of ATHLOS matches will also earn equity in the league starting this year.
Sha’Kari Richardson, Gabby Thomas and Tara Davis-Woodhall, who are the founding consultant-owners of ATHLOS, have so far been confirmed to participate in ATHLOS this year. Marilidy Paulino, the Olympic Games and 2023 World 400m champion, will also take the starting line.
Both ATHLOS matches will take place after the Diamond League season and the World Finals in Budapest September 11-13.

A number of Brits were in New York last year, including Keely Hodgkinson, Georgia Hunter Bell, Amy Hunt, Amber Anning and Jazmine Sawyers. Hodgkinson won the 800m in a meet record 1:56.53 at Icahn Stadium. Other global names who took part included Faith Kipyegon, Masai Russell and Salwa Eid Nasser.
StoneX Stadium, located in North West London and home to Saracens and Shaftesbury Barnet Harriers, is no stranger to hosting elite athletes. Hendon once staged the British Cup Finals, the Southern Athletics Championships and the likes of Zola Budd and Seb Coe have run on the track. In 1964 and 1977, the English schools’ athletics championships were also held at the stadium.
