Marco Bezecchi took first place in MotoGP World Championship Free Practice One (FP1) on Friday morning at the TT Circuit in Assen, Netherlands. Riding an Aprilia Racing RS-GP26 on Michelin Control tires, the Italian rider covered the 2.82-mile (4.54 km) road course in 1:32.311 to top the field of 22 riders.
Francesco Bagnaia was best of the rest with a 1:32.409 on the Lenovo Team Ducati Desmosedici GP26.
Bezecchi’s teammate George Martin was third with a lap time of 1:32.455.
