Bangladesh captain Najmul Hossain Shanto took a simple catch of the Indian wicket during the first test of the series. In a surprising moment before Najmul Hossain dropped his catch off the bowling of Shanto Shakib Al Hasan, KL Rahul, who was scheduled to bat next, started to depart.

The incident happened in the sixth ball of the 49th over in India’s second innings. Rishabh Pant attempted a quick sweep off Shakib Al Hasan but mistimed the shot.
Najmul Hossain Shanto, located in the middle of the goal, had plenty of time to catch the ball, but could not collect the ball with both hands.
Sitting on a chair in the Indian dugout, KL Rahul decided to prepare to bat. However, Shanto sat back down after releasing the hold. The video quickly attracted attention on the social network.
