The best American performances in the Stockholm Diamond League (June 7, 2026). – runblogrun


It Stockholm Diamond League was held 1912 Olympic Stadium on June 7, 2026. The 20,000 fans were treated to some spectacular performances in cool, windy weather in the Swedish capital.

RunBlogRun has visited several Bauhaus Galan DL meetings. We love the pressers, the history of the stadium, the build-up to big events and the crowd’s love for great world athletics.

  2. Jared Nuguse rolling! In Stockholm, Jared took the field with his penalty 3:30:11 Vincent Ciattai 4th was 1500m 3:31.63.

  3. Kenny Bednarek continues to impress with his glassy 200m race, winning in 19.87 minutes.

  4. Melissa Jefferson-Wooden Won the 100 meters in Stockholm with a speed of 10.84.

  5. Valarie Allman Zion won the women’s discus with a result of 68.60 meters.

  6. Roisin Williswho recently won the LA TrackFest finished third in the women’s 800m PB. 1:57.56 Roisin is from Wisconsin. Well done, Royce. (We interviewed Roisin during her senior year of high school. Roisin is running NB Boston.

  7. Jacory Patterson takes the second place in Stockholm, c 44.69:After his victory in Rabat. Khaleb McRae Was 4th in 400 meters 44.94.

  8. Chase Jackson finished second in women’s shooting 19.91 m. Jessica Painter, who recently blew up A 21.09 m in china He threw 20.89 meters in Stockholm.

9. Sam Mathis was 5th in Men’s disc in 66.03 meters. The disc won Daniel Stahl, SWE, Tokyo gold medalist with a throw of 69.60 meters. or Championship and Bronze at Birmingham WIC 2018. Oh, and don’t forget Sam Kendricks is the 2017 and 2019 World Outdoor Gold Medalist.

10. Zach Bradford He was fifth in the men’s pole vault with a leap of 5.80 meters. Zach is the 2026 USATF Indoor Pole Vault Champion where he cleared 6 meters for the first time. Sam Kendricks He was 8th in 5.60 meters. Sam is WC gold medalist for London 2017 and Doha 2019, Olympic bronze medalist for Rio 2016 and Olympic silver medalist for Paris 2024.

  • Larry Eder has been involved in athletics for 52 years. Larry has experienced sports as an athlete, coach, magazine publisher, and now a journalist and blogger.
