The legendary batsman spoke about the importance of making sacrifices to achieve bigger goals and warned youngsters not to take shortcuts in professional cricket. “What I want to say to all the guys here is that you’re not going to succeed every time you go to play. But you can prepare and go every time. Success is never guaranteed. “Please understand that nothing happens overnight. We want our kids to be successful. But we have to work hard for it. And above all, we have to give kids freedom.
