O’Shaquie Foster believes Raymond Ford did exactly what he expected.
After Ford stomped Foster during their final fight on Thursday before Saturday’s WBC super featherweight title fight in Houston, the champion mocked the incident on social media and suggested his challenger had been planning the move for days.
Damn hope that made you feel better boy boy!!! How you hug me and almost fly off the stage poor ass lil boy lol he’s been thinking about that shit for days now.

The push came moments after the two fighters completed a heated final press conference that featured several verbal exchanges between both camps.
Throughout the event, Foster repeatedly portrayed Raymond as the more emotionally invested fighter.
“They’re so nervous they can’t be still for a second. I can see why he’s so emotional. All that talk, all that rah rah s***, it’s going to be shut down real quick,” says Foster.
The face-off seemed to bolster Foster’s argument in the eyes of at least one observer.
“That’s a chink in the armor, in my opinion. Emotional, man. If you can’t control your emotion in this face-off, you’re not going to control it in the 36 minutes of fighting,” said DAZN commentator Sergio Mora, who criticized Ford’s decision to push the champion.
Ford is aiming to become a two-division world champion after moving up from featherweight, while Foster will make another defense of the WBC title he reclaimed against Robson Conceicao.
Saturday’s main event headlines Matchroom Boxing’s first card in Houston, with both fighters entering after months of increasingly personal exchanges. Thursday’s push added another moment to a build-up that Foster reportedly already revealed who is feeling the pressure.
