Maximo Quiles led the Moto3 World Championship practice session at Balaton Park in Hungary on Friday afternoon. Quiles used his Pirelli-shod CFMOTO Gaviota Aspar Team KTM to lap the 2.53-mile (4.08 km) track in 1:46.296 to lead the field of 26 riders.
Honda Team Asia’s Veda Pratama was second with a time of 1:46.657.
David Almanza piloted the Liqui Moly Dynavolt IntactGP KTM with a lap time of 1:46.689 to claim the third and final front position.
Teammate David Munoz finished fourth with a time of 1:46.773.
Joel Kelso on the GRYD Racing Honda finished fifth in the practice session with a time of 1:46.832.
