More, from the MotoGP press release:

Almansa made a pole from Denmark to Mugello at 0.018 pip. The Spaniard leads Malaysia in Italy.

David Almansa (Leaky Molly Dynavolt Intact GP) will start Q2 at Mugello after closing out the Italian Brembo Grand Prix from pole. The #22 heads up Hakeem Danish (AEON Credit – MT Helmets – MSI) by just 0.018, a late push from Joel Kelso (GRYD – MLav Racing) in third Spain – Malaysia – Australia on the Moto3 front row.

After the first races, Almansa was leading the Dane and Brian Uriarte (Red Bull KTM Ajo), the latter through Q1, and while many headed for the final push lap, the timing screens did not move between the two. So that tiny 0.018 margin between pole and second remains, with Almansa P1 pole and Denmark forced to settle for second but continues his impressive recent run.

Behind, Uriarte was pushed into P4 late on, with Kelso over the line and stealing the finish line, with the Australian in third. Uriarte leads the 2nd row, joined by Jesus Rios (Rivacold Snipers Team) and Joel Esteban (Level Up – MTA), the latter of whom improved late.

David Munoz (Leaky Molly Dynavolt Intact GP), Marco Morelli (CFMoto Valresa Aspar Team) and Adrian Fernandez (Tiger Racing) are on row 3, with Friday’s fastest Scott Ogden (CIP Green Power) rounding out the top ten.

One big name will be at the top of the order more than expected at this start: championship leader Max Quiles (CFMoto Valresa Aspar Team). #28 is down by P15 and will be looking to shoot down the order on Sunday.
