Callaway’s third limited-edition 2026 Chrome Tour swaps Augusta flowers and Philly pretzels for a nautical theme befitting the US Open’s trip to the Hamptons. Four designs inspired by boats, $59.99 a dozen, available June 11.
Callaway is holding it The main series 2026 train rolling with the third installmenta release that fits right in with the exact number of men’s majors that will be on the books after next week’s US Open concludes.
Limited edition golf balls have officially crossed into boilerplate territory, a themed drop for every major that becomes less “event” and more “Tuesday.” That said, credit where it’s due. Callaway’s TruTrack platform gives these things enough room to actually be interesting, and the company’s commitment to a full-on curse-themed photoshoot near every limited release is the kind of effort that’s easier to mock than execute.
A theme built for the Hamptons
June’s highlight is, of course, the US Open, which sails to Shinnecock Hills in Southampton, dead center in the Hamptons on New York’s Long Island. Callaway leaned into the coastal aesthetic, with old money, boat shoes on the porch. “A tribute to the Hamptons,” according to the official line. Read: a ball worn in a zip code where the club’s initiation fee exceeds your annual equipment budget.

compass. The unofficial star of the set and the one who writes his own line. It is supposed to help you find your line. Best question: If you stick the compass ball in the tree, can it find itself? Looking for a sleeve.

lighthouse. Red, white and blue stripes stacked from top to bottom, meaning it reads less like a beacon guiding sailors home and more like a bomb appearing from the neighborhood ice cream truck. I’m not mad about it. The patriotic energy of the dessert is an atmosphere.

Ship’s wheel. Or the rudder or whatever the boat crowd calls the steering thing. It’s the most contained of the bunch, the design equivalent of a guy in the navy who can back up a trailer on a ramp.

Sailboat. Or a dinghy if we’re feeling fancy or a sponge, a ketch, a dinghy. I’ll be honest, my nautical vocabulary peaked at “boat”. Either way, it’s the most literal nod to the subject, for whatever that’s worth.
Limited Edition Tax

All this coastal good taste is $59.99 a dozentwo bucks north of a standard dozen Chrome Tour 2026 ($57.99). Two dollars for the theme and photo shoot. You can decide if that math floats your boat.
And nothing has changed under the paint. It’s the same Chrome Tour 2026, so you’re buying the look, not the new yard.
If you’re keeping score, there’s still a July major (better known as The Open) on the calendar which means the 2026 series isn’t over either. Pencil in pretty much the same routine for 2027 and every year after that your pro shop has shelf space. The limited edition ball isn’t a moment – it’s a subscription.
Price and availability

of June’s Chrome Major Tournament is available Thursday, June 11, for $59.99 per dozen. As with the rest of the series, it’s Chrome Tour only. If you play Chromes Tour X, Triple Diamond or Soft, you are viewing this from the tab.
