Aspar Moto2 boss David Alonso and Daniel Holgado have confirmed they are moving to MotoGP in 2027.

Dani Holgado and David Alonso look set to make the jump to MotoGP next season, as Jorge Martinez Aspar has seemingly confirmed their exit.

A lot of talk David Alonso has made the jump to MotoGP Next year after a successful Moto2 stint.

Much of the same discussion was held Daniel Holgado could join MotoGP.By 2027, the grid has promised a major transformation.

While Honda linked with Alonso.And Holgado is set to move to Gresini.There is no confirmation about the movement of either driver.

But those assurances appear to have come from current Moto2 team boss Jorge Martinez Aspar, who is looking to replace the rider.

Jorge Martínez Aspar confirms Dani Holgado and David Alonso’s MotoGP futures

In an interview with Make a markMoto2 Team Aspar boss Jorge Martinez confirmed Aspar is Dani Holgado and both. David Alonso It will be a jump to MotoGP next season.

Aspar is said to be looking for their replacements as both riders are set to leave the team to pursue their MotoGP dreams.

However, the report states that both riders are now free to discuss their futures so as not to interfere with their negotiations with the MotoGP teams.

If these Aspar comments are to be believed, it should confirm several reports from this year that the two Moto2 stars are set to join MotoGP.

For many experienced riders still fighting for a seat for 2027, this news will not be well received as it further limits their options.

The 2027 season promises to reshape how MotoGP looks.

With this clear confirmation, two new riders are set to join MotoGP next season, further enhancing the rider class.

With many riders set to move on next season or forced to withdraw from MotoGP, the grid will look very different next year.

In fact, MotoGP is set to introduce new regulations starting with 850cc bikes in 2027. Under these new regulations, the teams will switch from using Michel to Pirelli tyres.

With all these changes coming next season, fans can expect a paradigm shift in not just the style of racing, but how everything in MotoGP looks.
