“I think clarity is important for him and I’m sure they would give it to him. Maybe they don’t give us clarity. His experience is invaluable as a leader not only on the pitch but in the dressing room as well and that’s very important going into a big tournament. I’m sure he’s in his plans and that’s why he’s adamant about making a big move and that’s why I’m sure. England, he’ll be hungry and raring to go.” Rayudu said.

“For me, there’s a place for both, if they choose. Rohit should definitely be in the World Cup plans. You need all that experience to face the challenges that can arise in a World Cup. As for Jaiswal, I think he deserves his opportunity, there’s no doubt about that. He’ll get his due, but he’s got to be ready to step up as part of the World Cup. he added.
