Marco Rigamonti is unsure whether Marc Marquez will be the same after a long list of surgeries.
Marquez, 33, will forever be remembered as one of the greatest riders in MotoGP history, winning seven world titles in the premier class.

Rigamonti also said that Marquez ‘realised’ that he would not be able to challenge 100% consistently before 2026.
He added: “At the beginning of the year he noticed that he couldn’t be consistent in terms of energy.
He was thinking it was just a lack of training over the winter, but after Qatar was cancelled, he said, “Well, I’ve got three weeks.”
“And when he came back to Jerez he said, ‘Okay, now I’m as close to 100% as I was last year.'” In Jerez, instead, he realized something was wrong.
“Because he was prepared, but in the end he started FP1 well. And in each session, he lacks energy and strength. So later, he decided to visit the doctor, and they understood the problem in his hand.”
After winning in Hungary, Marquez is now 72 points clear of championship leader Marco Bezeci.
