They can only be for your personal best, but they don’t do the team any good. Cricket is ultimately a team game. If I score 80 instead of a hundred and my team still wins, even if it’s over a hundred years, if I don’t win, that means I’m more than 80. For me, the longer my team stays in the tournament and the deeper we go into the playoffs and finals, the more chances I have to score hundreds of goals and break records.
