This article took a while to put together because I wanted to play a few rounds of golf in each of these polos (and quite a few others) before giving you a full rundown of the best women’s golf shirts of 2026.
Some of these brands were already staples in my wardrobe, while others were completely new to me this year and quickly became favorites. I tested these shirts during actual rounds, practice sessions, walking rounds and many very hot days on the course.
I’ll probably continue to add to this guide throughout the season as I come across more options worth mentioning, but for now this should give you a solid look at what’s good, what’s comfortable, and what’s worth wearing.
As always, if you have any questions about fit, sizing, or what worked best for me, don’t hesitate to reach out. I also recently completed my guide to The best women’s golf shoes of 2026 which you can find here.
TL;DR: My favorite women’s golf shirts of 2026

Red Sun Day is one of the most impressive new golf apparel brands I’ve tried in a long time. Most importantly, it feels like it was made for women who play golf and care about scoring, comfort and movement on the course. If you want clothing that performs during the competitive rounds without sacrificing style, this is the brand I would direct you to first.

If you’re tired of replacing golf clubs every season because they fade or lose their shape, RLX it’s still the best I’ve found. I honestly haven’t worn another women’s polo that holds up better over time. The snap buttons, structured collar and tailored fit make these feel polished every time you wear them.

AndersonOrd it was one of my favorite discoveries this year. of Palm Dot Polo it fits true to size, washes well and is easily combined with many colors, which makes it extremely versatile. I also think the brand looks significantly better in person than it does online, so that might be one you’ll just have to trust me until you get your hands on it.

of Beautiful Gwyneth Polo it became one of my hot weather tops this year. The fit is nice without being restrictive and the fabric works really well during warm rounds. If you want a country club look but still need true performance wear, this line is worth a look.

I don’t usually like sleeveless golf polos, but Sankaty Sleeveless Polo in my exception. The fit is true to size and the design has enough detail to make it easy to build a golf outfit around it. I especially love pairing the navy version with a white Shep shirt which feels like a staple for women golfers.

When I worked in the golf industry, Peter Millar Women’s Polo were always staples in my wardrobe. They last well, fit consistently and always look good on the course. If you want a polo with reliable performance, you can buy it in many colors and wear it over and over again, maybe this is it.

Bad bird makes for some really fun women’s golf polos. I especially love floral designs paired with strong wide trousers because they make for easy outfit combinations without feeling overdone. I would recommend sizing up here as the medium fits me better than my usual small.

I know this is technically a golf polo guide, but if your club doesn’t require a collar, Addison’s Bay deserves mention. The active mesh fabric is breathable, lightweight and great for hiking, practice sessions and I’ve even used it to play pickleball. I also love the Addison Bay quarter zips and find myself regularly layering this shirt under them.

Zero Restriction is another brand that relies heavily on true golf performance apparel. of Chloe Cap Sleeve Quarter-Zip it’s airy, comfortable, and a nice change if you prefer a zipper over a traditional collar. Zero Restriction also makes some of my favorite pants on the market, so I would strongly consider a full outfit from this brand.

At first I thought that Karley Boat Stripe it was just going to be a fun style piece, but the fabric and comfort really impressed me. The slightly higher sleeve design creates a flattering midriff if you can’t decide whether to wear sleeveless or sleeveless shirts. It’s cool, comfortable, and still works during a serious round of golf.

If you appreciate a classic cotton golf polo, Margie Polo it’s one of my favorite finds this year. The fit is slightly more generous, the fabric feels soft without looking squishy, and it works just as well off the course as it does during a round. I tested the Cameo Pink and the subtle details like the stripes are a nice feature.
