Stuttgart demolished Bayer Leverkusen 3-1 at home to claim a dominant Bundesliga victory, with the early goals setting the tone for a commanding performance at the MHPArena.
VfB Stuttgart entered this May match level on points with Leverkusen in the battle for European qualification. The two teams had identical records with 58 points in 32 games.
