The news of Tiger Woods DUI Arrest sent ripples through the golf world on Friday. Those closest to the game and Woods have shared their reactions over the past 24 hours. On Saturday, one of those responses was broadcast on national TV. It came from NBC Sports’ Kevin Kisner, Brad Faxon and Dan Hicks during the network’s coverage of the third round of the Texas Children’s Houston Open. You can watch it in the clip below.

“Very disturbing,” Kisner said. “He’s been working really hard on his game, trying to train and get back in shape. He signed up for the US Senior Open yesterday. He’s trying to do everything he can to come back and help our TGL team, get ready, hopefully try and play the Masters.”
“Just a really unfortunate incident,” he continued. “The only positive is that no one was hurt in the incident and we can all move forward and hopefully help him get better.”
While Kisner’s remarks conveyed concern and frustration, they also showed support for a teammate and friend. Brad Faxon echoed those sentiments.
“He’s the biggest needle mover in our sport,” Faxon said, “You know, where we live in that area, that Jupiter area, every time Tiger goes to play or practice, he goes by really fast.”
“And the fact that he was getting ready to practice, you know, at his home club, and thinking maybe he was going to play the Masters. Everybody was hoping for that and we’re hoping for the best of luck for Tiger now as he goes forward,” he said.
