Jared Anderson is being moved to the UK under Frank Warren as he rebuilds after his loss to Martin Bakole, with his next fight confirmed for British soil under a new co-promotional deal.
The 26-year-old American has signed with Queensberry Promotions along with Top Rank, placing him within Warren’s heavyweight schedule and DAZN platform. Confirming the location move, Warren said Anderson will next fight in the UK, with details to follow.
The move comes more than a year after Anderson’s stoppage loss to Martin Bakole on August 3, 2024, where he was beaten in his first clear step up to heavyweight level. Jared returned in February 2025 with a 10-round victory over Marios Kollias, but he has not fought since.
Queensberry’s heavyweight roster and regular UK shows offer a different route. Warren described the platform as one that keeps fighters active and positioned for big fights, while also noting the continued collaboration with Top Rank.
Anderson built his early record with quick stoppages after turning pro in 2019 and collected secondary belts over 2021 to 2023, including wins over Oleksandr Teslenko, Jerry Forrest and Charles Martin. The Bakole battle was his first defeat.
The 26-year-old Anderson’s next appearance will take place in Britain, with opponents and date yet to be announced. The rebuilding no longer takes place at home. What’s unclear is the type of opposition Queensberry plans to match Jared against, as he’s already shown vulnerability when facing aggressive heavyweights with power.
Besides the problems he had against Bakole, Anderson was confused late in his fight against Charles Martin in July 2023. He has shown that he is capable of beating lesser heavyweights, but it will be risky for Queensberry to beat him against some of the tough British heavyweights, such as Daniel Dubois or Adam Olaniyan. With the right maneuvering, Anderson has a chance to be a top contender.
