For many of us, golf is a little more interesting when there is little revolve on the table. Whether it’s a five dollar nassau or a family brag, it brings some juice to the match and gets your blood pumping pump ‘pump’.
If you want to announce your gambling presence with authority, this Cleveland x SWAG High Roller collaboration you can simply let your opponents know that you are unhappy over a small action.

As we head deeper into limited edition season, it’s important to remember that these launches are about one thing and one thing only: having a little fun. If you are a regular reader of these pages, please be prepared to repeat after me that old and treasured aphorism:
Golf is a game and games are supposed to be fun.
So take it easy and let’s have fun.

Cleveland x SWAG: Top spinners need a short game
Cleveland and SWAG have collaborated before. Last August, the duo teamed up for one of the baddest limited editions we’ve seen in a long time. It was a collaboration of laser engraved money dead presidents sporting shades in their respective banknotes.
this year, Cleveland and SWAG are going full Vegas with the High Roller Collection. It’s a true royal flush (almost) i Cleveland RTZ wedge with each loft featuring a bold face card design. There are six right-handed wedges. 50 and 52 display the jack while 54 contains the queen. The king is 56 and the ace is 58.

There’s a joker in every deck and, in this case, it’s the 60 degree model.
Lefties, as is often the case, get a little less love with a 52 degree jack, a 56 degree queen and a 60 degree king.
Cleveland and SWAG nicely complement the High Roller collection with the SWAG-tagged Dynamic Gold Tour Issue S400 shaft, custom black and gold ferrules and Golf Pride MCC grips, also in black and gold.

Wedges are only available at Cleveland’s Mid Grind.
Do we really need wedges covered in playing cards?
Need? Come on, man, of course not.
But since when did “need” ever enter golf? It’s a game we play for fun, so why the hell not add some flair to it?

“SWAG is one of the most expressive brands out there,” VP tells MyGolfSpy. Cleveland Marketing Chris Kircher. “With them, we can engage with consumers who are into this macro trend of customization, personalization, being cool, looking good and playing good golf.”
“SWAG has never been about mixing,” adds SWAG Marketing VP Sean Ferrell. “It’s exciting to work with a partner who understands that energy.”

One concern I’ve always had with limited editions is that if you’re forking out a premium price to buy them, will you be reluctant to play them? or standard RTZ wedge in satin black finish is $179 off the shelf. of SWAG Collaborative RTZs sold for the odd spec price of $222.22. I suppose if you really want to express your gaming spirit and show the world that you’re an individual by buying a limited edition of a mass-produced wedge, a $43 price tag probably won’t scare you.
Srixon also joins the collaboration party
In order not to be left out, Srixon is getting into the High Roller collection with custom Z-STAR Diamond Golf Balls decorated with jack, queen, king and ace of diamonds logos. High Roller golf balls retail for $59.99 per dozen, a five dollar premium over the “regular” Z-STAR Diamonds.

Limited editions like these are glamorous, fun and showcase SWAG’s design skills as well as Cleveland’s ability to customize wedges. Cleveland offers the most aggressive wedge customization program in the industry. Not only can you customize the sole mills, but they also offer several types of laser engraved leathers and extensive inking options, all at what can be considered a reasonable price.
If you think that Cleveland x SWAG High Roller collaboration it has a “reasonable” price somehow. Do you know when to hold them and know when to fold them? Do you know when to leave? Do you know when to run?

Or, do you like to have a little fun?. It’s a game after all.
I think you know the rest.

The Cleveland x SWAG High Roller Collection is available through Cleveland Golf, Srixon AND SWAG websites. It is also available exclusively through Golf Galaxy.
