Neil Hodgson was impressed by Toprak Razgatlioglu on his MotoGP debut at the Thai Grand Prix.

Despite failing to secure some points on his debut in the premier class, there are still plenty of positives for Razgatlioglu to take from his heroic Grand Prix.

No Yamaha riders were involved in the post-Grand Prix media scandal.

Unfortunately, Razgatlioglu was unable to give his immediate thoughts on his first Grand Prix, with Paolo Pavesio the only member of the Yamaha stable to participate in post-race interviews.

While there’s no clear reason why Pavesio felt it necessary to keep the riders from making a media statement, it’s safe to say that the Japanese builder is doing all it can to prevent the pre-season furor over their new V4-powered bike from turning into a furor.

Quattararo has been a vocal critic of Yamaha in recent months.And the Frenchman has been told by Hodgson to be ‘professional’ despite the problems they still face.
