In #IntheMixedZone , Jeffrey Kamworer talks about his second victory in Ras Al Khaimah, thirteen years apart.

Three-time World Half Marathon Champion: #2014 in Copenhagen, #2016 in Cardiff and #2018 in Valencia. Jeffrey Kamworer also held the half marathon world record of 58:01.

Jeffrey has won the World cross country three times. The World Series of Long Distance Running, the world athletics championship, was won in 2015 and 2017 at the senior level. In 2011, as a teenager, he also won the gold medal of the World Athletics Championship. In 2023, Geoffrey Kamworer led the Kenyan senior men’s team to gold.

Jeffrey Kamworer won the New York City Marathon in 2017 and 2019.

On the track, Jeffrey Kamworer won the silver medal in the 10,000 meters in Beijing 2015 against Mo Farah.

But the biggest story for Jeffrey is his recovery from a broken tibia, a gruesome injury in 2020. Geoffrey told RunBlogRun and Athletics Weekly in this interview that he has fully recovered and is focused on his upcoming 2026 London Marathon.

The February 14 interview focused on Jeffrey’s victory in the Ras Al Khaimah Half Marathon in 58:14.
