West Ham owner David Sullivan has knocked £10m off the price of his Marylebone home.
The 75-year-old was initially looking to sell his property for £75m but had to settle for a reduced fee.
while criticizing the government for its no doms policy.
“Interest rates are high — they’re coming down, but not by much,” Sullivan said.
“I also think that what the government is doing to the non-doms is not very nice, and a lot of rich people are leaving the country as a result of what they are providing in the budget.
“Three or four of my friends have already been to Monaco or Dubai.” – finished Sullivan.
Now football pundit Kieran Maguire has hit out at Sullivan via the X platform, accusing the billionaire of driving up ticket prices.
“West Ham United owner David Sullivan cuts London Mansion Price by £10m to just £65m,” Maguire said tongue in cheek with the word ‘only’.
“No wonder he has to wash senior fans and others with increased ticket prices. #PrayForDavid.”
