You know what doesn’t get enough respect?
Lost in the hustle and bustle and allure of shiny new golf shoes, the four-year-old performance beast is still as well like most spikeless offerings on the market.
And the best part? You can get it for around $100 (or less).
Here’s what I love so much about this pair.

The good
- One of the most comfortable medium bras on the market (full-length BOOST)
- Stellar studless traction that works in wet and dry conditions
- Good wide base with supports that add stability
- They can often be found at deep discounts
Not very good
- The TPU upper is plastic and not as comfortable as leather
- Very few color options are available at this point
- You can’t really find it in the store to try it on
A pair worth picking up
The Adidas CODECHAOS 22 is, without a doubt, one of the most dormant golf shoes that is still somewhat available at retail. If you haven’t tried a pair, do.
And if you already have a pair, grab another one before these guys are completely out of production.
