The draws for next year’s Davis Cup qualifying round have been released. Here’s more on that from DavisCup.com.
The 2026 qualifiers will be played as two rounds of home or away matches. The first round of qualifiers will take place on 6-7 or 7-8 February 2026, and the second round of qualifiers will take place on 18-19 or 19-20 September 2026. Home nations will have the choice of dates.
Host nation Italy receives a wild card for the 2026 Davis Cup 8th Final. Spain is seeded first in the 2026 Qualifiers draw and receives a bye into the second round of qualifiers. Under Davis Cup regulations, if Spain is the 2025 champion, it will also be guaranteed a home tie for the second round of qualifying.
