This summer seems to be another important for West Ham, who wants to bounce off the disappointment this season. But before they can add players to the squad of Graham Potter, they may have to get rid of the stars that do not count when entering next season.
And a player who enters this category is Guido Rodriguez. The winner of the World Cup arrived at the London Stadium before the start of this season after ending his contract with Real Betis, and while the expectations were high, he has been short.
Rodriguez has made only 21 appearances in West Ham this season, and his last start arrived until January (against Crystal Palace). Of course, Potter does not have him and, as such, a way out will be sought.
West Ham in the hope of getting rid of Guido Rodriguez this summer

In recent weeks, Rodriguez has been related to a return to Argentina. It is said that the river plaque wants to him and, according to the information explained by a club source Claret & HughWest Ham would be desperate to make an agreement.
“We felt zero, but it would be great because it has not adapted to the Premier League. All we have seen are the reports you have seen, but the fingers crossed.”
It has certainly been a disappointing season for Rodriguez, who has failed to adapt his game to the Premier League. It feels inevitable for West Ham to leave, which is desperate to get the salary out of books.
There is no doubt that Rodriguez seemed much more at home in the league and in recent weeks it has been linked with a return to Betis. It is left to see if this happens, but with West Ham it is unlikely to require a significant transfer rate, there is a good chance to return to a family environment, whether in Spain or Argentina.
