Chandler said he also decided to handle every level of the tour game as if it were PGA Tour.

“I prepare as much as I can and get there, do my practice and it’s not fascinating, but I love the golf as much as I like it,” he said.

Was there anything in particular that pushed Chandler to the high level of play? Not really, he said. It was more to learn to practice well and gain growing confidence.

“There is nothing that clicks on Golf, and it can simply be removed,” Chandler said. “Maybe there are, but not for me. Practicing a little better, a little more efficient, get my basics better.

“Entering my first Corn Ferry event, then it gives you a little confidence and then you get another and start doing well in them and you are like, okay, I, I can do it. You know, I have to work on x, y, and z, but you continue to join together, getting in, closing and eventually, at the end of the year, I’m like, oh dang, i got a tour card, like this is of wonderful.
