Welcome! Where are you, you ask. I’m calling it this weekend 9. Think of it as a place to warm you for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We will have thoughts. We will have tips. We will have tweets. But only nine at all, though sometimes perhaps more and sometimes perhaps less. How much for whom am I? The paragraphs below show some of the stories. Michael Bamberger fan. Dome-Golf Wonderer. Bad football voter. I can reach nick.piastowski@golf.com
First, he spoke about Charlie Woods. Then he asked about liv. And the agreement.
We would meet a few weeks ago, just outside the New York Riverside Park, where his dog drew him more or less with enthusiasm to another dog before slipping, I helped him come back, and we started walking and talk. He was a main retirement official for a bank you have heard of, and I told him I write about golf, and I will allow you to decide whose mother should be more proud. However, he was at least curious about some recent titles.
dumbfound? He was speechless about his swinging. Liv and Saudi Pif deals with PGA Tour? He stumbled upon the cramp.
Did they not reach an agreement?
They had, I said. But they were still negotiating.
What is holding?
Hmm. How long do you have?
But maybe things are near green now. (In that note, seemingly every sport offers a saying about ‘near it went down since the question of the man. Donald Trump took on the task and By New York Timesmet with Yasir al-Rumayyan of Saudi PIF and Commissioner of PGA Tour Jay Monahan and PGA Tour Pro Adam Scott. (Probably Trump has helped the talks, as we will simply say, he is a golf fan.) Then there is the fact that Liv is now shown FOX channel collection. (This is likely to affect PGA Tour, which will prefer not to lose more eyesight.) Then there is the fact that signatures in the LIV season may be considered soft, at least compared to the past of the years. (This is likely to affect liv, which will probably not think of some intersections of PGA Tour players.) Then there is the fact that We open, The open championship AND PGA championship are offering invitations to Liv Pro. (This is likely to affect PGA Tour, as this has been removed a player injury to join Liv.)
However, the real question is what a deal looks like.
In the short term, the thought is that LIV will stay, after a number of business agreements has been mediated. You will probably see some openings between the shifts. But is something coming more? A Rory Mcilroy The comment, last week said at PGA Tour’s AT&T Pebble Beach pro-am, further recovered the possibility of a world tour, which would think it would travel globally as Liv and compete as the PGA signature series Tour.
“Yes, maybe by the end of this decade you can see something where it can come together,” Mcilroy said, “but that means, it’s so pie in the sky and there are so many things that can happen.”
Let’s see if we can find eight more items for weekend 9.
2 Trump did not just spoke with PGA Tour and Saudi PIF, according to Golf analyst Brandel Chamblee – He also talked to Chamblee. In Thursday’s response to the meeting news, Chamblee said he played Golf with the president last year, and that most of their conversations focused on Chamblee subjects was critical to – Liv and the source of Liv’s funding, Saudi Arabia.
Said Chamblee in Golf:
“Look, I felt like that (meeting) was inevitable after the election. I had the pleasure of playing with President Trump last year. And almost after every single hole, when we were going out, he would like to come and talk to me about Liv Golf, about Saudi’s involvement in the Golf game, and he was so magnificent for our differences. At one point, he said, look, I know you and I change in this thought, but listen to me. He said Yasir, which means the gentleman who runs Liv and leads PIF, he said Yasir loves golf more than you and more than me. Now it’s hard to believe because President Trump plays a lot of golf and I’m crazy about it, but he was serious. He was like, ‘he loves golf. They have $ 32 trillion under that sand and they really need to diversify their economy. ‘He said they are all in this and they will not go anywhere. As the round progressed, he would like to speak almost every hole about Liv and about Saudi inclusion, how excited he was for him.
“Issuance geopolitical matters aside, of course I understand why we accept and need Saudi Arabia as a partner in the Middle East. My ISSSUMENTS had to do with human rights concerns and how golf was in a moment, I was I felt like, I should apologize for some issues. At the end of the day, do I agree with him? as I was happy. In the golf game and not only look for an economical opportunity through the Golf game. “
Analyst responded to Paige Mackezie: “I also think that from the beginning, and you and I had this conversation maybe two and a half years ago, I said it is better to have this money invested in golf against going elsewhere . It is surprising that he has been contacted as part of this unification. They want a resolution, this divided professional landscape for men. “
The notifier replied Richer: “Said two years ago, in Hillcrest, the day Yasir al-Rumayyan met Jay Monahan: the Saudis won. And today’s confirmation about it. And I also added that there would be a Bull run for Saudi money And here we are, the realities of where we are in the Golf game.
3 One of my favorite readings in Liv Golf came in October 2022 by Zach Helfand I New Yorker (And if you haven’t read it yourself yet, you can do that By clicking here.) A nugget in history has been particularly stuck with me, and it is an interesting thought to consider in the light of the latest PGA Tour players who are more “fun”.
Here is a part of what Helfand wrote: One agent told me, “… I think liv is going for the WWE model.”

6. This week, I talked to the legendary Pia Nilsson instructor About Play Slow, and there is a nugget that didn’t make the article I want to share here.
I asked her if there are moments when the slow game could be considered okay, and she said she had. Something something to remember.
“A category that would sometimes be nice to slow it down,” said Nilsson, “is actually those carts and they are often the first to be hit. So many of them, we have to help them. You are allowed a few seconds to calm down and make a decision because they can simply feel completely anxious there. ”
