2025 Winter Closed Race / Training Program, January 2025, 2025, 4th week, 3, 3rd week, Fourth week, Wednesday.


The road to 2025 has just begun.

Welcome to the interval.

We will give you a good run for four weeks and we will start building in the spring of 2025.

Our program is designed for 800 m to 5,000 m.

This is four weeks of the winter closed race / training program

During the winter I suggest a building run and a hill work and offer some short competitions (800 m -3k)
