Chelsea have loaned Armando Broja to Everton for the remainder of the 2024/25 season.
The Toffees also retain the option to make the move permanent next summer should they see fit.
Broja has left the Blues at the end of a frenetic transfer deadline day He almost joined Ipswich Town earlier this week but a move fell through due to problems discovered in a medical, only for the deal to be re-ignited and put on hold again on Friday.
everton now they have stepped in and taken Broja on loan. As the Albania international is currently working on his recovery from a foot injury, he will not be the side paying his wages until he returns to fitness.
Kevin Thelwell, Everton’s Director of Football, said: “Having overseen Armando’s journey over a number of years, we are delighted to have been able to bring him to the Club.
“Armando is still a young player who has already built up impressive experience, but someone who we also feel has a lot more potential to be unlocked.
“Firstly, we will work with him to get him fit as soon as possible. Then his addition will strengthen our options in the attacking department.”
