Ruben Amorim makes a BIG transfer decision!
Things did not go well for Ten Hag at Old Traffordbut before that he was highly regarded for the work he did as Ajax manager, and is far from the only big name to have struggled at United in this very challenging post-Sir Alex Ferguson era.
according to filesTen Hag is now being watched by Leipzig as they struggle for form under current manager Rose, and it would certainly be an exciting opportunity for the 54-year-old.
Red Bull Group clubs are known for being well-run and full of exciting young players, so Ten Hag might find it’s the kind of long-term project that suits him a little better than the high-pressure job of United.

Where will Erik ten Hag be after Manchester United’s struggles?
It certainly seems like the right call for United to sack Ten Hag when they did, and there will be plenty of fans who feel it should have come even sooner.
Still, the former Ajax boss also won the Carabao Cup and FA Cup in his two full seasons in charge, and that’s not bad considering everything he’s come across.
It’s easy to imagine that Ten Hag could still end up doing a great job for a club like Leipzig or another big European name, with the MUFC job perhaps not the best to judge him.
