The Los Angeles Dodgers have a two-game lead over the New York Yankees in the World Series.

The Dodgers beat the Yankees in four on Saturday.

Dodgers shortstop Shohei Ohtani appeared to injure his shoulder while sliding in the second inning.

The Dodgers got some good news about Ohtani on Sunday before Game 3 on Monday.

According to FOX Sports. Ohtani of MLB’s “X” is expected in Game 3 on Monday.

The shoulder injury appears to be minor as Ohtani will be back in Game 3 for the Dodgers.

Through two games in the World Series, Ohtani has one hit in eight at-bats with a double, one run scored, one walk and two strikeouts.

After winning two games at Dodger Stadium, Game 3 will be moved to Yankee Stadium in the Bronx.

The Dodgers will look to snap a three-game-to-zero series lead over the Yankees as they send Walker Buehler to the mound to face Clark Schmidt.

Ohtani will look to get his first home run in game three, as he has hit in each of the Dodgers’ first two series so far.

The short balcony at Yankee Stadium could benefit Ohtani as a strong left-handed hitter.

After avoiding a major injury in Game 2, Ohtani will look to lead the Dodgers offense in Game 3 as they have scored 10 runs in the first two games of the series.
