US Women’s Open Sunday practice times: What you need to know
Coming to this week on the Riviera, Nelly Korda was favored to capture her first US Women’s Open title and fourth major. After a thrilling finish in her third round, Korda is living up to expectations.
World number 1 shot a 67 on Friday to shake off a rough start and got into contention, and then she followed it up with another 67 on Saturday to play into a tie for the lead at six under.
Korda closed the 3rd round with three birdies in a row at 16-18 Se Young Kimwho had a 68 on Saturday, and takes a share of the lead into Sunday.
If she can pull it off, Korda will have won the first two races of the women’s season.
Korda and Kim will begin their final round at 3:35 PM ET.
