Remembrance Friday meeting times: What you need to know
In this week’s Memorial Tournament, Jordan Spieth is once again trying to end his long winless streak in the PGA Tour.
Before Spieth’s drought began in the spring of 2022, he had 13 career Tour wins. However, none of them came Muirfield Villagethe Memorial home.
Now the three-time major winner is hoping to change that. He left early in Thursday’s opening round and got off to a strong start. With two birdies through 11 holes, Spieth was near the top of the leaderboard. But late struggles left him a few strokes off the early lead.
In Friday’s second round, Spieth will try to right the ship and get into contention for the weekend.
