For years, I have followed that feeling of “soft butter” iron that everyone talks about. Until recently, I did not buy in the notion that a club could feel gentle.
This changed when I hit Power Atlas mb. While I don’t hit it too often in the middle, when I do is nothing like nothing I have experienced before.

Maybe this is because orange is my favorite color, but the super-demo marking and the return of the classic muscle looks just pair so well together.
How about feeling? I would say that rivals good good look. I’m not a good golf player from any stretch of imagination, but when I hit these bats out of the center, man, do they feel good.
Something about the Japanese S25C carbon steel has felt a way. Do I absolutely have any idea what this means from a material perspective? No. But if I had to describe the feeling, it is somewhere between the plush and the firm. Some would say, “just right”.
The ball still appears from the face, but, like feeling, the sound is submissive and silent. Powerbilt atlas MB can finally be iron to convince me that the metal can feel “soft”.
