So far so good for Arne Slot and his Liverpool side, despite the result against Nottingham Forest.
The Dutchman, despite being under the toughest scrutiny, has been a beacon of calm in the Anfield dugout and that seems to have translated to his players.
In the space of a few games, Liverpool fans and rivals already know what they will get from playing the Reds and it really isn’t much different to when Jurgen Klopp was in charge.
The Liverpool target could leave his current club in 2025
The high press is still there with perhaps a higher line being played at times as Liverpool try to push their lead.
They have been a joy to watch and Slot should get all the applause for that.
Come the summer, there may be one or two personnel changes, whether they are forced on Liverpool or not.
according to Fabrizio Romanothey might also get lucky on an earlier target.

“One of the players that was considered throughout Europe in the summer was, without a doubt, Xavi Simons. It’s always been in the media and there’s always been rumours,” he told CaughtOffside for their exclusive Daily Briefing.
“In the summer I always told you ‘Leipzig, Leipzig, Leipzig’ because they were pushing, and in the end the player decided to continue in Germany to give Leipzig a chance to win titles.
“In the summer 25 will formally return to PSG but remember this; the expectation is still that Xavi Simons will try something different.
“It would be pure speculation at the moment as no club has anything planned for him, but for sure the top clubs will continue to monitor his progress in Leipzig.
“I’m sure Xavi has a good chance to leave PSG on a permanent loan in 2025, but it’s not something that’s already been agreed with Liverpool or any other club.”
