Caddydaddy Revcore Hybrid Bag

What do we like
-
Excellent storage and feel stronger “tour”
-
Suitable base for basket and belt sleeve
What we don’t like
-
The rain cover is great – unnecessary weight supplements
Ultimately
Premium quality hybrid bag for less. Lots of space for all your equipment, a little heavy for the daily promenade, but a bag that easily turns from riding walking when needed.

The hybrid residence baganda has become a little trend. It is assumed to be the best of both worlds, a small carriage bag, a small bag, a kind like a club that is felt halfway between a street wood and an iron. On paper, sounds like the perfect fit for most players.
I wanted to compare them by side.
I have always been more light person for a purse. I prefer something that is easy to perform and don’t weigh me down. So when I had the opportunity to try Hybrid bag AND Revcore lt light residence bag side by side, I realized that it would be a great opportunity to see if the hybrid really lives up to the hype.
If you are trying to decide between a Hybrid versus the lightweight bagHere’s what I found during my test side by side of two of the newest models of Caddy Daddy Revcore.
Revcore lt light residence bag

Material
Easy revcore stay is for sale for $ 249. I was impressed by the general construction. Synthetic “Tournament Class” skin is easy to delete and aluminum legs give you strong stability without adding unnecessary weight.
Theanta weighs about 5.5 pounds, which is comfortable enough to walk if you don’t overdo it, but it’s not the easiest bag in the market.
Magnetic pocket with slight access
I’m a sucker to magnetic pocket. They are suitable for fast access items such as rangefinders or ball markers. The magnetic pocket lined the revcore is a great addition.
Is a little tight
I use small golf gloves. Even so, I found the clubs sometimes withdrawing each other on the way inside and outside five -way divide. If you have excess gloves, expect it to be even stronger. That is to say, the club organization is still functional, simply delightful.

Strap and notes with handle
The shoulder strap is beautifully filled. It is a little heavy, but it comes and off easily if you are riding and you do not want it on the road. One of my favorite features is the front glove. Really really easy to work with and more durable than I have seen in other stay bags.
Rain cover is not my favorite
I’m not a big fan of rainfall. It is thick, somewhat heavy and takes up a lot of space. If you rarely play in wet conditions or you are okay by going without cover, you can leave it at home.
Hybrid bag

Walkers and knights can use it
Hybrid is designed with carriages and push card users, thanks to it base and protective sleeve of neoprene carriages. If you decide to keep, it comes with double and single strips. Simply note that it is heavier than the light model with about one pound or two depending on the separator configuration you choose.
Many pocket options
This bag has seven outer pockets including two insulated coolers and two inner pockets So storage is not a matter. I never felt like I had to change the surrounding items to make more space. I really don’t keep enough things enough to fill the bag!

Quality for a fair price
At $ 299, the synthetic premium skin backed by the foam of the Hybrid Revcore has a smooth appearance. It is stable, but there is a softer feeling. The black nickel alloy also adds a graceful touch. It gives a more “premium” vibe if you like a more considerable bag.
The individual divisors of the club in the 14-party stand are pleasant. Again, I tested with small gloves, so getting clubs inside and outside was a breeze.
Color and purity
I tested the hybrid in gray. As I preferred the look of the white bag in the light pattern, the gray finish does a great job to hide dirt and fraud. Is a more practical purchase.
The rain cover is repeated
Again, not a switch, but I just don’t love the rain hood in the bag because it’s a little heavy and takes up a lot of space in the bag itself. Made with synthetic skin that matches and when reading comments from other clients some loved it. Just too much for me.
Vs

Here’s a look at these two golf bags side by side. The hybrid style is significantly larger and heavier but certainly not the size of a traditional carriage bag.
feature | Revcore lt light residence bag | Hybrid bag |
---|---|---|
Weight (body) | 5.5 lbs | 6.75 lbs (with 6 directions) / 7.0 lbs (14-direction) |
Higher | Full -length | 6-Quet or 14 directions (lined with velvet, full length) |
Pocket (outer) | 4 Zippered + 1 Valid Magnetic Values + 1 Open Coolant | 7 External Insulated External Pockets with Drainage) |
Storage | Chain pocket lined with felt water + 1 waterproof | Chain pocket lined with felt water + 1 waterproof waterproof waterproof |
For whom it is | Golfists who often walk and want a lighter “good” storage retention. Best for minimalists who still want some premium touches. | Golfists who split the time between walking, pushing carts and riding carriages. Ideal for those who want more storage and a more structured “tour” feeling. |
Judgment: Which should you buy?
Here’s how I would put between a light residence bag and a hybrid standing bag:
- If you walk most of your rounds, go with the light weight. It is easier on your shoulders and the simplest to perform.
- If you travel but prefer a smaller, shiny bag, light stay is still a great option. Compact, easy to get inside and out of the machine and perfect for fast -range sessions.
- If you mostly ride or use a pushing cart, go with the hybrid. It offers more storage and better stability and I would take it over a full carriage bag for added skill.
