The WTA announced today that Timea Babos & Luisa Stepheni and Asia Muhammad & Demi Schurs have qualified for the WTA Riyadh Finals presented by pif to set the doubles field.
Both teams have qualified for the first time, but Babos is a three-time WTA Finals champion (from 2017-19) and Schuurs celebrates her sixth qualification, reaching the semifinals in 2019, 2021 and 2022.
Both pairs are now joined by Katerina Siniakova & Taylor Townsend, Sara Errani & Jasmine Paolini, Gabriela Dabrowski & Erin Routliffe, Veronika Kudermetova & Elise Mertens, Mirra Andreeva & Diana Shnaider and Hsieh Su-Wei & Jelena Ostapenstig in the final competition at the D. Martina Trophy. navratilova
The action starts on November 1st.
