The WBC Tuesday lightweight champion William Zepeda and Tevin Farmer have a short approach to today’s weigh-in for their re-broadcast in this Saturday, March 29, start at 20:00 ET / 17:00 pt, Live on dazn at the polyphorum Benito Juárez in Cancun, Mexico.

Farmer (33-7-1, 8 costs) has the unbeaten Zepeda (32-0, 27 COs) for no clear reason other than showing him that he meant on Saturday. Zepeda does not speak English and just smiled wordlessly during the face.
Former IBF Super Featherweight Champion Farmer tried to intimidate or upset Zepeda. It didn’t seem to work. Zepeda just kept smiling and showed that he enjoyed the theater that the American brought to the weighing in.

Both fighters looked like they were already. No man has appeared drained, and it is a sign that it is true lightweights rather than weight bullying. We got many of those in the 135 pound division, guys who seem to rehydrate after the 160s after they gave in and have no business competing in the division, except to take advantage of smaller fighters.
Zepeda beat Farmer with a 10-round decision on November 16 last year in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Tevin hit Zepeda in the fourth round and fought well despite being worked out in many of the rounds. In the championships, Zepeda seemed to pull it out by landing many hard body shots that forced the farmer to hold.
Williams’ promoters at Golden Boy chose to pull the trigger on the rematch with farmer. They could have Zepeda challenged for a world title, but they wanted to run it back. We will see on Saturday if they made the right decision by taking the re -broadcast. If Zepeda loses the battle, the promoter Oscar de la Hoya regret that he made the re -broadcast.
