‘Will be a big challenge for all the bowlers’: Nathan Lyon, impressed by India’s rising star

“I haven’t faced him (Yashasvi Jaiswal) yet but it will be a big challenge for all the bowlers.” Lyon told ESPNcricinfo.

“The way he played against England, I watched it very closely and I thought it was quite amazing.” Lyon added, acknowledging the threat Jaiswal could pose in future series.

The off-spinner also revealed that based on discussions with Jaiswal, he is gathering ideas on how to deal with Jaiswal. England‘s left-arm spinner Tom Hartley faced India earlier this year.

“I had a really good chat with Tom Hartley about the different ways he goes to different kids, which I found interesting.” said the Australian bowler.
