Why is Paul so confident that he can beat Anthony Joshua? Here’s how he can

Per Mark Frank: Jake Paul fades the lines between a circus -ideshow and a legitimate sportsman. However, commitment to the sport is not one of his problems. It is also not a smart opponent to constantly cause problems.

Now he looks at his biggest challenge to date, the former Unified Heavyweight Boxing Champion Anthony Joshua.

Despite fighting as low as Cruiserweight, Paul allegedly walks around 230 pounds. Yet it would make him 20 pounds lighter than Joshua. In a sport where size and experience can cancel each other, Joshua both have.

The question is … What does Paul see what makes him so confident? Joshua comes with a great loss of Dubois, but no one would doubt that Dubois is the levels above Paul as a pro -boxer.

Well, except maybe Jake Paul. Whose confidence is so great that he is even willing to take just one percent of the total wallet of the fight.

And with Paul recently receiving a new level of legitimacy in his career, thanks to a ranking through the WBA, he doesn’t seem to be ready to pave and retire.

Even Tyson Fury walked in with Paul’s support and demanded that a victory be possible for him.

Is it?

In this new, surreal world box, it seems to be good.

Here’s how.

In the early rounds, Anthony Joshua, because he knew himself the bigger man, and thought himself the bigger puncher, maybe trying to overwhelm Jake and get rid of him quickly. And after maybe a terror or two for Paul, the attack ends with his survival, and an zoned but heavy breathing Anthony Joshua returns to his corner.

The fight goes ahead and eventually becomes something that some observers shock. A match that is slightly competitive, although in an ‘exhibition’ type way.

At some point, during an uncomfortable exchange of Clinch, a wild -handed down punch from Paul theoretically could capture Joshua in an uncomfortable place, similar to the first Ruiz fight. This, together with a strange entanglement of bones, can lead to Joshua falling over. A Knockdown is then recorded in Paul’s favor.

The rest of the rounds are less eventful. Some strong Joshua -jabs land here and there, but several cinematic, although blocked, made Paul rejoice the crowd. And the judges cannot help but be influenced.

The fight ends and the results are in. Jake Paul is the winner by a split decision. The narrow viral knockdown is the difference. A victory is controversial, but officially unmistakable. Jake Paul walks away with another new level of legitimacy stamped on his career.

Of course, this is just one way the battle could theoretically play.

But if it did, if Jake Paul somehow does the impossible and defeats Anthony Joshua, what could mean a step in the competition next?

For now, the contract still has to be signed.
