As Monaco has presented his new domestic kit for the 2025/26 season, with a post-light assistance of the new signing Paul Pogba.
The shirt marks the first collaboration of the club with Mizuno, his new technical partner and pays tribute to the history of Monaco with a contemporary twist.
Although the iconic red and white diagonal strip remains at the helm and in the center, the t -shirt also has a single relief pattern: subtle vertical bands that nod the Kits carried by the Monaco players before the Diagonal was introduced, including the one they won when they won their first important trophy, the coupe of France, in June 1960.
Numerous excellent details round the design: a redesigned Japanese style pass, gold channeling on the club’s sleeves and slogan, “Dagh Munu” (“Go Monaco!”), Printed in gold letters below the back of the pass.
The shirt was officially revealed in a short and elegant video with several club stars, including Takumi Minamino, Mika Biereth and Aleksandr Golovin, which are put along the Monaco coast.
But the drop did not stop here.
One day later, Monaco announced the sensational sign of Paul Pogba, who returns to football after an 18 -month doping ban. In his first official appearance for the club, Pogba proudly raised the new kit.
He certainly looked at the part, but after such a long spell, it remains to see if he can walk again.
One thing is safe: if Monaco can reign the fire to the 2018 World Cup winner, they will have a world class talent in their hands, and they will be good at doing so.
