West Ham United are unlikely to sanction the departure of Jarrod Bowen for any amount of money.
According to journalist Andy Dillon, David Sullivan will not sell the player at any price. The 27-year-old remains an indispensable asset for the Hammers.
“Having pulled off what now looks like a masterstroke by buying Bowen from Hull for £22m, Sullivan would not sell him at any price,” Dillon wrote in Print edition of the Sun on Friday (November 22, page 50).
Bowen has been outstanding for West Ham since joining the club from Hull City for a fee in the region of £22m. He has scored 64 goals for them in 215 appearances in all competitions. The England international has carried West Ham’s attack at times and the Hammers simply cannot afford to lose him.
They will be hoping to compete in European football and do well in domestic competitions in the coming seasons. They need to keep their best players and Bowen is certainly one of their best. The 27-year-old has firmly established himself as one of the most reliable strikers in the Premier League and has been consistently performing at a high level.
He has been linked with the biggest clubs in the Premier League too, but a move away from West Ham seems highly unlikely in the future.

The 27-year-old played a key role in West Ham’s UEFA Europa Conference League victory under David Moyes. Fans will also be hoping that he performs at a high level in the coming months and helps the Hammers finish the season strongly.
West Ham have had a disappointing start to the season and are 14th in the league table. They have looked toothless in attack this season and players like Bowen will need to step up if they are to get their campaign back on track.
