West Ham United signed Nikola Vlasic by CSKA Moscow in 2021, but they have not yet erased the transfer payments.
The Hammers agreed to an agreement of 26 million pounds to sign the Croatian international striker, but CSKA CEO Roman Babaev has now revealed that West Ham still has to complete transfer payments.
